The Repacker has struck yet again this time in my neighborhood.

If you look at the above photo, this is supposed to eb a twin pack of Transformers toys. The toy at the left is NOT a Transformer, but a cheap ass Ironman toy.
The Repacker keeps hitting various retail stores. Purchasing repainted, cheap , broken, etc. toys, putting the items in other boxes that it does not belong in, then returning them to stores and gettign away with it.
And who pays for this shit? WE DO.
