Old People Hard of Hearing
I'm wondering WHY we constantly have to deal with elderly people who are hard of hearing. Doesn't health insurance and/or medicare cover a damn hearing device or a fucking fake foam ear or something?Why do we get a barrage of "I can't hear you honey" 100 times within a span of 5 minutes then we're forced to yell? They have the tv blasting so loud that it's louder then a 747 plane. Wouldn't YOU want to get some help if you hard a hard time hearing? Wouldn't it piss you off to tell everyone to repeat themselves a billion times because you can't hear them? Don't you notice the um, volume button controls that show you're on the HIGHEST DAMN LEVEL POSSIBLE ON YOUR TELEVISION SET?
Just wondering.
I have crappy hearing and must say hearing aids suck big time. I canhear all noise and sometimes zero conversation. Silence is better...
